Virtual Training During the Pandemic
VIRTUAL TRAINING DURING THE PANDEMIC The Department of Professional Studies (DPS), CHRIST had organized a unique VIRTUAL soft skills training session for the final year students of BCom (Professional) and BBA (Finance & Accounting) in the month of October 2020 due to the sudden disruption in physical classes owing to the Covid pandemic which had created gaps in students learning of vital subjects. The objective of the session was to have a comprehensive approach wherein subject based knowledge needs to be fine-tuned in terms of application and analytical skills on a situational basis which provide further impetus to good campus placements These sessions covered the entire gamut of campus recruitment process, right from resume building to mock interview sessions and helped the students get valuable insights into the thought process from an interviewer perspective, which will in turn help them to land excellent placement opportunities in the industry.
