Leadership Training Workshop
Leadership Training Workshop The Office of Placements and Career Guidance organized a ‘Leadership Training Workshop’ for all the Post Graduate and Under Graduate Student Placement Representatives on 1st August and 8 th August 2022 respectively. The event was a mix of indoor brainstorming sessions and outdoor activities. The workshop was organized with the objective to instill leadership skills among the placement representatives by focusing on interpersonal skills, team building, communication, decision making and self-awareness. The one day workshop was inaugurated by Dr (Fr) Jose, Pro Vice Chancellor who explained the importance of employability and all the requirements for the same. Then the students were briefed on the various opportunities and responsibilities of the student placement representatives by Dr Johny Joseph, Controller Of Examinations.
