The first batch

the campus recruitment front with the pandemic slowing down campus hiring and
MCom IF being a relatively new programme. But, despite these challenges, the
batch has graduated with an enviable record of cent percent placements. The top
package was Rs 11.37 lacs, Cost to Company (CTC) by LAM Research. The other
major recruiters include Deloitte USI, Ernst Young, PricewaterCooper and

The dream debut
of MCom IF in terms of campus placements along with an industry oriented
syllabus and focus on strong fundamentals, makes one optimistic of it
developing into a much sought-after programme in the years to come.
Student Testimonial
Vinay CG (2020-22) Placed at Deloitte USI
“I have always
wanted to join CHRIST (Deemed to be University), and I'm proud to be among the
first graduates of the Master of Commerce - International Finance programme.
The University and the Department of Professional Studies provided more than I
had anticipated. My two-year master’s degree helped me develop my interpersonal
and intrapersonal skills in addition to the intellectual abilities. The
combination of research and internship along with the academics really helped
me grow as a professional. Additionally, the programme offers hands-on
instruction for applications like Power BI and SPSS. Being taught financial
modelling as part of the curriculum helped students grasp how to value
businesses. The Department of Professional Studies and CHRIST (Deemed to be
University) deserve all the credit for providing me with the opportunities to
succeed and become who I am today. I would like to thank the Placement Office
for helping me get a job with Deloitte USI as an audit assistant.”
